Laura Klassen

Laura Klassen is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in healthcare and geology. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at eHealth Saskatchewan since September 2022, Laura has previously held the position of Application Architect CHS at Saskatoon Health Region since April 1999, where responsibilities include managing a team to support and implement applications for caregivers, as well as specializing in data integration and mapping. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Geologist at BHP Billiton from June 1997 to June 1998, focusing on logging core, mapping deposits, managing camp activities, and assisting with drill programs in a gold exploration camp. Laura obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
