With a career spanning over three decades, Stephen has excelled in various executive roles, including Vice President (at Oracle) and Chief Operating Officer (at Palisade Compliance), where he has driven significant growth and operational excellence.

Stephen’s expertise in government sales and military negotiations, combined with his passion for commercial spaceflight, AI, and AR/digital twinning technologies, uniquely positions him to support Satellite Augmentation's mission. His ability to forge strong relationships with major partners and his strategic vision will be instrumental in advancing the company's innovative solutions for extending satellite life and safely deorbiting dormant satellites.

Stephen pioneered contracting for research in the former Soviet Union and successfully negotiated with Nobel Prize-winning scientists, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex international collaborations and secure high-stakes agreements. He lives on the Space Coast of Florida, approximately 16 miles from NASA Pad 39A.
