GiNiele Reitzell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. GiNiele started their career as a Gymnastics Coach at KIPS School of Gymnastics, coaching children aged 3-10 years old. GiNiele then transitioned into the entertainment industry, working as a Post Production Assistant at Endemol Shine North America, where they managed calendars, conducted detailed reviews of episodes, and executed internal projects.
After that, GiNiele joined CoxReps as an Advertising Sales Assistant, where they developed tactics to resolve discrepancies, conducted research and data analysis, and assisted Account Executives with advertising orders and contracts.
GiNiele then moved on to Pollen, where they worked as a Sales Recruiter, where they recruited and trained marketing interns and brand ambassadors, launched entertainment packages, and analyzed CRM data.
GiNiele then joined Tinuiti as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for maintaining a requisition load, training and mentoring TA Coordinators, and conducting analysis of new hire survey data. GiNiele also took ownership of recruiting for ongoing programs.
Following this, they worked at TechStyleOS as a Recruiter, being responsible for full life cycle recruiting for various departments and roles. GiNiele implemented a company-wide candidate experience survey and worked with the ATS, Workday.
GiNiele then worked at Savage X Fenty by Rihanna and Fabletics as a Recruiter. GiNiele'sresponsibilities included improving the candidate experience, designing company culture branding documents, and implementing interview feedback forms and SOPs.
Most recently, they joined Fabletics as a Recruiter, where they created and implemented a company-wide candidate experience survey, designed branding documents, and implemented interview feedback forms and SOPs.
Overall, GiNiele has gained experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, post-production, event planning, and coaching throughout their career.
GiNiele Reitzell, CDSP holds a Master's degree in Communication, General, which was obtained from California Baptist University during the period of 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from California State University, Northridge from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, GiNiele also obtained certifications in Certified Diversity Sourcing Professionals from Brain Gain Recruiting in October 2021 and Google Ads Search Certification from Google Ads in August 2020.
