Jordan Housley

Jordan Housley serves as the Sr. Director of People Solutions at Savage since March 2018, leading a team of seven in supporting enterprise diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations for over 2,000 team members across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Jordan held various positions at Olin from July 2011 to March 2018, including People Solutions Director and Group People Manager, and previously worked in human resources roles at Mountain America Credit Union, American Family Insurance, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jordan earned an MBA, an MS in Human Resources, and a BS in Business from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
