Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, with strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to our website and social media platforms.

  • Create engaging content, including photos and videos, for various digital channels.

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
