Hamish Smith is the Head of UK, Research & Strategy at Savills Investment Management. Prior to this role, Hamish worked as a Senior Economist in European Commercial Property and as an Economist in Commodities at Capital Economics. Hamish also served as a Senior Economic Advisor at Royal Bank of Scotland and an Economic Affairs Officer at the World Trade Organization. With a background in international trade analysis at the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry, Hamish holds a Master of Applied Economics with Distinction and 1st Class Honors from Massey University.
