Chelsea Moss

DoD Integration & Business Development Consultant at SBIR Advisors Inc.

Chelsea Moss has an extensive work experience in the military and defense sector. Chelsea currently serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an Exercise Planner for the 379th Space Range Squadron. Prior to this, they worked as a DoD Integration & Business Development Consultant at SBIR Advisors Inc.

Chelsea also has a significant background in the United States Space Force and United States Air Force. In the Space Force, they served as a Space Superiority Weapons Instructor for the 328th Weapons Squadron, where they led the training exercise involving multi-domain integration of tactical units. Chelsea also managed the recruitment program for the Space Superiority Weapons Instructor Course.

In the Air Force, Chelsea held various positions including Wing Weapons Officer for the 21st Space Wing, Space Electromagnetic Warfare Liaison for the 613th Air Operations Center, Squadron Weapons Officer for the 16th Space Control Squadron, Weapons and Tactics Flight Commander for the 4th Space Operations Squadron, and Undergraduate Space Training Student.

Throughout their career, Chelsea has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise in areas such as tactics development, space-based systems integration, and advanced warfighter education.

Chelsea Moss received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Northern Colorado. Chelsea attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In 2021, they pursued a Master's of Military Art and Science degree in Operational Warfare from Air University, which they completed in 2022.
