Your mission is to lead ScalePad’s IT operations with a proactive, security-first approach, fostering innovation and efficiency through cutting-edge AI solutions. By empowering teams, safeguarding infrastructure, and championing scalability and resilience, I will create a seamless IT environment that drives operational excellence and fuels the company’s growth. My mission is to embed accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement into every aspect of IT, ensuring our systems are not only robust and secure but also future-ready and aligned with ScalePad’s dynamic needs.

Responsibilities.

  • Oversee and secure all internal IT operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient cross-departmental support.

  • Manage a small helpdesk team by prioritizing tasks, tracking performance, and ensuring rapid ticket resolution.

  • Design and implement a lightweight on-call schedule to address critical IT emergencies with minimal disruption.

  • Act as the security liaison, maintaining SOC2 compliance and implementing robust security measures.

  • Develop and execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure SaaS stack resilience.

  • Monitor and report on IT and helpdesk metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance team performance and system reliability.

  • Strategically manage the IT budget, investing in tools and technologies to drive innovation and cost-efficiency.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation to support transparency, consistency, and scalability.

  • Foster a security-first culture by embedding accountability and a proactive approach to IT solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness AI-driven tools, automating tasks and optimizing workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT management with a focus on security and business process optimization.
  • Strong expertise in SOC2 compliance, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing Google Workspace, JAMF environments, and AI-driven IT tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing on-call schedules for IT emergency management.
  • Demonstrated ability to report on metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget management experience, with a track record of investing in cost-effective, impactful technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI solutions into IT operations.

  • Familiarity with RevOps tools and processes.

  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, IT management, or AI applications.
