Rla Anna Hochhalter

Anna Hochhalter, RLA, is an accomplished landscape architect with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as an Associate at SCAPE Landscape Architecture DPC since August 2021, Anna previously held the same title at AECOM from July 2013 to August 2021. Anna's early career included roles as a Designer in Landscape Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Green Infrastructure Research Assistant. Additionally, Anna contributed to community development as Public Arts Coordinator at the City of Urbana, Illinois, and as Environmental Program Leader at Urbana Park District. Anna began their professional journey as Land Stewardship Services Coordinator at the Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute. Anna holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Art & Sustainability from Northland College. Educational experiences also include study at Western Washington University and the Interlochen Arts Academy.
