Tiina Aalto-Fischer

Tiina Aalto-Fischer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, investment, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Head of Strategy at Schibsted and Senior Investment Director at Lendo Group, Tiina also holds board member positions at Qasa and HomeQ. Previously, Tiina was Head of Strategy & M&A at Stokke, where responsibilities included implementing a new strategy and driving acquisitions, notably the purchase of Babyzen. As a freelance management consultant, Tiina provided expertise in growth strategy and due diligence. Tiina co-founded FriendHood and was instrumental in its launch, and held a leadership role at Bain & Company as Principal. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from Aalto University and an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
