Susann Sopusek

Susann Sopusek has extensive work experience in retail operations and management. Susann is currently working as the Vice President of DTC and Vice President Retail at SCHIESSER GmbH. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Retail Operations for Dach - DE at SmileDirectClub. In previous roles, they served as the Head of Retail Operations Europe at Esprit, Managing Director of ESPRIT Netherlands, Retail Operations Manager at ESPRIT Europe GmbH, and Retail Regional Manager for ESPRIT Retail B.V. & Co KG. Susann also worked as the Retail Regional Manager for ESPRIT Retail de Corp Denmark AS Copenhagen, and started their career as an Apprentice, Trainee, and Floor Manager at Karstadt. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Manager in the Expansionsteam at BETTY BARCLAY INTERNATIONAL GMBH.

Susann Sopusek attended KARSTADT Holding from 1990 to 1996, where they studied Retailing and Retail Operations. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various areas such as customer-centric design thinking, talent pipeline building, coaching skills for leadership, and emotional intelligence. These certifications were acquired from LinkedIn in 2020.
