Ben Felts

Ben Felts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ben started as an IT Intern at Schneider in July 1998 and worked until December 1999. Following that, they joined Farm & Home Supply, Inc. as an AP/AR Associate from June 1994 to August 1995. Ben then returned to Schneider and held multiple roles. Ben started as a Member of Technical Staff from January 2000 to September 2012, where they focused on Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing, utilizing various programming languages and technologies. From September 2012 to October 2021, Ben served as an Application Development Systems Lead and Lead Member of Technical Staff, showcasing their technical leadership skills and expertise in Agile Scrum Master, system development, and container technologies. Currently, since October 2021, they hold the position of IT Delivery Experience Developer Lead at Schneider.

Ben Felts attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
