Jason Schaefer

Jason Schaefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and sales management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at School Specialty since April 2019, Jason has also held the positions of Training and Quality Manager and Inside Sales Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Jason was a Team Leader at Alta Resources from March 2017 to February 2019 and worked as a Sales Manager in the Health Care division at West Corporation from August 2015 to March 2017. Jason's career began at Pitney Bowes, where contributions included leading a sales team and supervising inbound sales representatives, achieving significant revenue growth. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
