Caroline Myers is a dedicated research professional with experience in biochemistry and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Research Associate I at Scorpius BioManufacturing, Inc. since June 2024, Caroline previously interned at the same company in the summer of 2023, focusing on mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays, while gaining proficiency in using the Solo VPE for protein analysis and AutoMacs for cell isolation within Cleanroom environments. Prior to this, Caroline was a Research Assistant at Trinity University from January to November 2022, working under Dr. Maeder to explore the impact of autosomal dominant Retinitis pigmentosa mutations on RNA splicing and cell growth. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Trinity University, anticipated in 2024.
