Alexandre Cuva has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Agile coaching and consultancy. Alexandre is the founder of SoCraAgile LLC, where they focus on promoting agility and modern software development through coaching, mentoring, and consulting. Their areas of expertise include Agile Lean Organisation Coaching, Agile Technical Coaching, Business Analysis, and Software Crafting.

Alexandre has worked as an Agile Technical Coach at various organizations such as ClearSpace, Vaudoise, Rolex, and Trianon. In these roles, they have helped teams and organizations adopt Agile practices and mindset, accelerate R&D projects, and promote software craftsmanship practices. Alexandre has also provided trainings on SAFe Leadership and facilitated Agile transformations.

Alexandre Cuva's education history is as follows:

From 1983 to 1986, Alexandre attended Cycle de la Gradelle, though no degree or field of study is provided for this period.

In 1986, Alexandre enrolled at Garden Plain High School and completed their Senior year.

From 1987 to 1994, Alexandre attended Geneva Engineer School, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering (ETS Diplome).

In 1997, Alexandre began studying at Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique de Gestion (ESIG) - Genève, focusing on Economic Computer Science. Alexandre completed their studies in 1999 and received a Diplome.

In 2017, Alexandre pursued full-stack web development certification at freeCodeCamp, specializing in computer software engineering. Alexandre completed the program in 2018.
