William Vinson

William Vinson is an experienced audit and compliance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive at Seagate Technology since January 2006, William has a strong background in controls and compliance as demonstrated during tenure as Director at ActivCard from 2004 to 2005. Previous roles include auditing positions at 3 Com from 2000 to 2003 and serving as City Auditor for the City of Palo Alto from 1992 to 2000. William Vinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Finance from the University of Pacific.
