Fidel Elliott

Fidel Elliott is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Manager for the JS Society at Searcys since April 2022. In this role, Fidel leads the internal agency responsible for providing flexible workers across Searcys venues and events, managing the entire recruitment process from entry-level to management positions, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding, and payroll functions. Prior to this, Fidel held various roles in recruitment and people management at organizations such as Elior UK, Levy UK + Ireland, and Delaware North, contributing to the successful recruitment and retention strategies for multiple venues, including overseeing operations for stadiums in London. Fidel's extensive experience in hospitality recruitment is underpinned by a degree from London Metropolitan University.
