Ayca Dundar

Ayca Dundar is a seasoned design professional with a solid background in product design and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Searo since July 2022, Ayca also operates as Founder-Design Director at Field Ventures, a freelance design service established in December 2015, specializing in packaging design, product design, user interaction, and market research. Previous experience includes founding and directing SoluBlue from December 2018 to July 2022, and completing a product design internship at Seymourpowell in 2013. Early career experience includes an industrial design internship at UTRLAB, focusing on usability testing for visually impaired users. Ayca holds a Master of Arts in Design Products from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Design from Middle East Technical University.
