Emily Sikma

Emily Roy-Byrne (Sikma) has extensive experience in partnership operations within the sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Partnership Operations for the Seattle Seahawks since November 2011. In this role, Emily manages relationships for over 20 corporate partner accounts, generating $13 million in annual revenue. Previous positions within the Seattle Seahawks organization include Sr. Manager and Manager of Partnership Activation. Prior to this, Emily worked at AEG as a Guest Services Representative and at Seattle Storm as a Sales Associate. Emily holds a degree in Communication from the University of Washington, complemented by a Sales Certificate from the Foster School of Business.
