Joseph Lipsen

Joseph Lipsen currently serves as the Manager of Entertainment & Production for the Seattle Seahawks, where responsibilities include managing video production for game entertainment and supporting asset creation for the Seahawks brand. Previously, Lipsen held various roles within the organization, progressing from Game Entertainment Intern to Feature Video Producer, where video production for in-stadium displays and digital platforms was a primary focus. In addition, Joseph has developed an independent YouTube channel, achieving significant subscriber and impression growth, as well as owning Joseph Lipsen Productions, known for high-quality event coverage and client collaboration. Earlier experience includes production roles at Arizona Athletics, Pac-12 Networks, and ESPN, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a focus on Media & Entertainment from the University of Arizona.
