Alice I. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Qualys since December 2021, Alice previously held significant roles including Director of Sales Operations at Trustwave and Associate Director of Cyber Security Sales & Solutions at Optus. Alice's career began in sales administration at DNS and has included key positions such as Business Operations Manager at Secureworks and Sales Operations Manager at Dell SecureWorks, where a strong understanding of commercial contracts and integration planning was developed. Alice possesses international experience, exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, and a robust knowledge of the IT Security marketplace. Alice holds an Honours degree in French and Spanish from the University of Stirling.
