Hilde Vernaillen

Hilde Vernaillen has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Sales Manager Insurance at Securex since December 2018. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, and oversight of the underwriting team and sector managers, as well as defining key performance areas and objectives. Hilde's previous roles at Securex include Technical Sales Support Manager, Business Development Manager, and Health and Safety Advisor, contributing to insurance and safety services. Additional expertise includes teaching work-related accident courses and insurance law for future insurance brokers. Hilde holds a Masterpractitioner degree in Hypnotherapy and a bachelor's degree in insurance from Hogeschool Gent.
