Paul Flowers

Paul Flowers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paul has held positions such as Vice President, Strategic Program Management at Sedgwick, where they partnered with executive leaders to establish strategic vision and develop product roadmaps. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Sr. Business Intelligence Solutions Partner at Lumen Technologies, collaborating with executive leaders to assess new capabilities and prioritize delivery roadmaps. Paul also has experience as an Associate Director at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, overseeing central sterile supply activities. In addition, Paul has held various positions at Ohio BWC, including Sr. Director of Project Governance and Director of Self-Insurance, where they developed and implemented strategic plans and oversaw the project management office. Paul Flowers has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999.
