Greg Baker

Greg Baker is an experienced professional in employee development and diversity management, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Development at Sedgwick County Government since January 2013. In this role, Greg facilitates a positive and inclusive work environment and ensures employee development practices align with strategic priorities to enhance workforce diversity.
