Marta Godoy Harding

Marta Godoy Harding serves as the Director of People at Semasio since August 2022, leading global HR strategies and operations tailored to the business needs in the US and EMEA, while managing vendor relationships for HR tools and total rewards. Prior to this role, Marta held positions including Senior People Partner at Semasio, where responsibilities included strategic HR planning and managing stakeholder relationships across various departments, and Human Resources Partner at Netsmart Technologies, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Marta's extensive HR experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Asset LifeCycle, LLC and Grupo Editorial Atlas, and earlier roles as HR Intern and Research Assistant. Marta holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Washburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
