At Fleming Distributing, Ricky expanded sales revenue and increased profit margins, showcasing their expertise in sales management. At Ivory Homes, Ricky managed internal sales and community affairs, demonstrating their ability to handle various responsibilities. Currently, as the Co-Founder and Owner of Senga Energy, Ricky continues to leverage their skills and experience in a leadership role.
