Matt Marek

Matt Marek is the current President & CEO at Seniorlink. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Further from April 2016 to January 2021 when it was acquired by Health Equity. Matt has also been the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Sales Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from March 2013 to April 2016 and May 2011 to April 2013 respectively. From May 2010 to May 2011, they were the Vice President, Sales & Channel Management at the company. Marek started at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota in 2006 as Sr. Director, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management and held this position until 2010. Prior to their time in Minnesota, Marek worked as National Sales Manager at UnitedHealth Group from January 2003 to December 2006. Matt began their career in 2002 as an Insurance Representative at Progressive Insurance and held this position for one year.

Matt Marek has a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
