Gineane has over 25 years of experience on the cutting-edge of global technical innovation and team leadership across the realms of operations, sales engineering, business strategy and marketing. Gineane’s expertise is grounded in her broad technical capabilities combined with a mind for process, strategy, systems integration and management. Through her expansive big-picture vision with a lens for detail, she is coalescing the Sentrics customer success teams to design, build and deliver programs and processes that deliver consistent insights, unexpected delights and high value experiences.
Prior to joining Sentrics, Gineane led the Connected Living team, a social impact technology company, through an operations system and process upgrade that resulted in a 2x increase in customer satisfaction and scalability. She was responsible for unifying product development, operations and sales to create a seamless customer journey that enhanced the business of senior living while elevating resident, family and employee quality of life. Gineane is passionate about problem-solving, nurturing teams, and streamlining engagement.
Gineane has two teenagers and resides in New York, where she can be found riding her Indian Motorcycle through the scenic Hudson Valley region.
