Primary Objective: Steer the department with long-term vision and ideas. Build lifelong relationships.

Primary Duties 

• Contribute lots of ideas/idea creation/growth ideas
• Have a pulse on the industry and target market
• Research and develop new services
• Understand major relationships (e.g. – customer, vendor, industry)
• Keep the department culture alive – be an inspiration
• Creative problem solving
• Sell and close big deals
• Gets involved with customers and employees when visionary is needed
• Connects the dots in the department and industry
• Occasionally do the work, provide the service
