Daniel Köhler

Daniel Köhler's work experience includes various roles at SER Group. Daniel started in 2009 as a Technical IT Consultant and later became a Professional Services Team Lead. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Director of Professional Services in Frankfurt am Main. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Area Vice President of Professional Service for DACH.

Daniel Köhler earned a degree in Allgemeine Informatik from the Faculty of Applied Natural Sciences - TH Köln, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Berufskolleg Oberberg Ernährung-Sozialwesen-Technik Gummersbach from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Informationstechnischer Assistent. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2017, GPM Projektmanager (Level C) from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V. in 2015, Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate from Oracle in 2012, and AIIM ECM Master Certified from AIIM in 2011. Daniel also received a Basiszertifizierung Projektmanagement certification from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V. in 2011 and ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2009.
