Marcella Conte

Marcella Conte is an experienced sales and customer success leader with a strong background in B2B solutions and client development. Currently serving as the Head of Sales & Customer Success at Serenis since December 2024, Marcella previously held key roles at 4books as Head of Sales & Business Solutions, where responsibilities included driving market research, defining value propositions, and managing sales cycles. Prior to that, Marcella was the Head of Client Development for the Business Unit Welfare at Edenred Italia, contributing to the startup and growth of the Welfare SAAS business line. Early career experiences include project management at Next 14 and key account management at EASY WELFARE S.R.L., alongside a foundational stage in event organization at the Province of Milan. Marcella holds a degree in Cultural Heritage Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano.
