Kevin has a long track record of working with CEOs and their management teams to help their companies achieve their full potential, and has engaged on topics of strategy, organization, sales & account management, marketing and lead generation, product road-mapping, pricing, operations, and mergers & acquisitions. Kevin embraces the entrepreneurial spirit of working with growth companies, and enjoys collaborating with performance-driven teams.

Prior to co-founding Serent, Kevin was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led McKinsey's West Coast Private Equity practice. In that role, Kevin partnered with several leading private equity firms, helping them to evaluate high profile investments. Subsequent to investment, he worked with the management teams of those portfolio companies, helping them to achieve the goals established during the diligence process. During Kevin's tenure leading the practice, it achieved a 60+% compound annual growth rate. He has worked with over 100 companies in a counseling capacity with an exceptional track record of helping management teams achieve bottom-line improvements.

Kevin has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He also has a BS in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Kevin is also a emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the Solve ME/CFS Initiative, and remains passionate about its cause. The Solve ME/CFS Initiative works to make Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome widely understood, diagnosable, curable and preventable.
