Mihai Alexandru Dragomir

Mihai Alexandru Dragomir has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mihai Alexandru started their career in 2016 at Ubisoft as a Quality Control employee before moving on to Harris Teeter as a Customer Support representative in 2017. Mihai Alexandru then transitioned to Genpact, where they worked as a Process Associate for Italian operations. In 2019, they joined the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Service Desk Analyst. Currently, Mihai is working at Serrala, starting as a Cloud Services Specialist in 2020 and progressing to the role of Cloud Services Operations Lead in 2023.
