Rick Stamm

Rick Stamm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team development and organizational consulting. Since 1986, Rick has served as a Senior Consultant for The TEAM Approach®, focusing on strengthening team relationships across various organizational settings. Rick is an Authorized Partner with Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, further enhancing capabilities in team-building initiatives. Additionally, Rick is a Value Added Reseller for Performance Support Systems, Inc., and an Affiliate with Vital Learning, providing valuable services and consultations. With a background as a President of the Central Pa Chapter ASTD and co-founder of Every Church A Peace Church, Rick has demonstrated leadership in fostering community and professional engagement. Rick's military experience includes serving as an Aircraft Commander and Group Training Officer in the Air National Guard. Holding degrees in Math and Physics from Albright College and a Master’s degree in Community Psychology from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, Rick combines a strong educational foundation with a commitment to improving team dynamics and organizational effectiveness.
