Mandeep Toor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and digital transformation, currently serving as GTM Sr. Solution Architect at ServiceNow since December 2024. Previously, Mandeep held various leadership roles at Conga, including Director, Principal Solution Architect, and Sr. Solution Architect, where strategic vision and operational efficiency were prioritized. Notable achievements include leading a significant CRM transition at ArganoCSS, resulting in substantial cost savings, and directing transformation initiatives at Tyco Integrated Security. Mandeep has a solid foundation in consulting from Accenture, having managed multiple business transformation projects, and co-founded TBC Technologies, specializing in Oracle Applications. Mandeep holds a Master's degree in Management - Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Mumbai.
