Robert Ashdown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain and held various positions such as Operations Officer and Platoon Leader. In 2002, they transitioned to the private sector and worked as an IT Project Manager for Home Paramount, specializing in enterprise software administration and workflow development. Since 2011, they have been working as a Business Consultant for ServicePower, focusing on workforce management solutions and specializing in scheduling solutions for both third-party and internal resources. In this role, they assist clients through the implementation process, facilitates business process workshops, conducts customized training, and supports testing and go-live processes.
From 1994 to 1998, Robert Ashdown pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Salisbury University.
