Vincent Romiguière

Vincent Romiguière is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at SES Satellites since July 2023. Previously, Vincent held the position of Senior Director of Global HR Transformation at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included guiding HR transformation following the acquisition of Delphi Technologies and managing European labor relations. Prior to that role, Vincent served as Senior Director Global HR Operations & HR Information System at Delphi Technologies from November 2017 to September 2020, overseeing HR operations and leading transformation projects post-spin-off. Vincent’s career began at Delphi in various HR roles, including HR Director for Luxembourg & Europe and as Manager of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits. Vincent holds multiple master's degrees in Social Sciences from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and Universität Trier, and a Bachelor's degree from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, complemented by an MBA Highlight in General Management and Sustainability from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2023.
