Lesabra Ventress

Lesabra Ventress is a skilled professional with diverse experience in management and environmental enforcement. Currently serving as a Management Development Analyst II and previously as an Environmental Enforcement Technician I at the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans since April 2021, Lesabra has a strong background in leadership roles. Prior experience includes working at Ross Stores, Inc., where Lesabra held positions such as Area Supervisor, Manager on Duty, and Sales Associate from January 2016 to April 2021. Academically, Lesabra earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Holy Cross (August 2020 - January 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana (2014 - 2019).
