Philippe Mangematin

Philippe Mangematin is a prominent figure in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder at Stoïk, the first cyber-insurtech in Europe designed to alleviate cyber-attack fears for SMEs through a combination of security software and cyber-insurance solutions. Additionally, Philippe is involved as Co-Founder and board member at OIB Solutions, providing guidance on insurance topics and product development, and holds advisory roles at Mila, a newly licensed digital insurer in France. As a Co-Founder and former co-President of Insurtech France, Philippe actively promotes collaboration among over 100 member companies. Philippe's previous experience includes vital roles in Swiss Re as a Senior Client Manager, where extensive knowledge of the French P&C market was developed, and at Milliman as a Consultant Actuary focusing on risk management and Solvency 2 regulation. Philippe holds a Master's degree from HEC Paris and further qualifications in actuarial studies from the CEA.
