Joanne Kipnis

Joanne Kipnis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and resource development, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community and support services. Since November 2015, Joanne has served as the Program Director for the LGBTQ+ Aging and Abilities Support Network at the Shanti Project, where significant contributions have been made in program development and support. Prior to this role, Joanne held multiple key positions at Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS SF) from 2008 to November 2015, including Vice President of Resource Development and Volunteer Manager, as well as Director of Development, showcasing a strong background in nonprofit leadership and community engagement.
