Enzo Fraletti has over 10 years of work experience in customer retention & loyalty, digital strategy, sales strategy, and logistics finance. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Customer Retention & Loyalty for both Trafilea Group and Shapermint. In 2020, they joined C&A Brasil as the Group Product Manager - CRM & Loyalty, leading four multifunctional squads operating within Agile Framework. From 2017 to 2020, Enzo worked as the CRM Manager for Cartão Elo, where they set up the company's e-CRM department from scratch. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) in various roles, including Digital Strategy and Innovation Coordinator, Sales Strategy Coordinator, and Marketing Trainee. In 2010, Enzo worked as a Logistics Finance Intern for Procter & Gamble.
Enzo Fraletti obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the field of Business Administration and Management, General from 2007 to 2011. Enzo then completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Maastricht University in 2010. After that, they obtained a Pós-graduação in Gestão de Marketing com ênfase em Telecomunicações from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2012 to 2013. Enzo then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2015 to 2016, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Shanghai International Studies University from 2016 to 2017.
