Erica Lord

Erica Lord has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erica began their career at LabCorp in 2011, where they served as a Specimen Processing Specialist for two and a half years. After that, they joined Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc. as a Special Projects employee from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Erica worked for United Ground Express as a Customer Service Representative until early 2018.

From 2015 to 2019, Erica held a position at SANTA FE SKI COMPANY as a Ticket Sales representative. Erica then joined The Santa Fe Group in 2017. At The Santa Fe Group, Erica started as an Administrative Assistant and subsequently became a Project Manager in 2018, concluding their employment there at the end of 2019.

In 2020, Erica joined Shared Assessments as a Manager in Sales Operations. Erica'sresponsibilities involved building and managing the sales process and team, distributing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and communicating with clients. Erica held this position until May 2023. From May 2023, Erica transitioned within Shared Assessments to the role of Senior Manager in Product Member Engagement.

Erica Lord attended New Mexico State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Spanish, with a minor in Biochemistry.
