Saleha Surti

Saleha Surti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Sheraa since October 2021, Saleha also founded and leads Flair by Sal, a modest fashion brand, and TheCoachLink, an online platform focused on personal and professional development. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager at WTC Consultancy, specializing in strategic recruitment, and various recruitment positions in international firms, including Muntajat and OilExec International, where Saleha managed end-to-end recruitment processes and developed business operations in Yemen. Saleha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a CIPD HR Practice Diploma.
