Rolando Campa has extensive work experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Rolando currently holds the position of Operations Manager / DO Lead at Shearer's Snacks since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager/FI Lead at Shearer's Snacks from June 2020 to September 2021. Before joining Shearer's Snacks, Rolando worked at MillerCoors as a Manufacturing Development Specialist from January 2015 to June 2020. Rolando was responsible for supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement programs, managing projects, and tracking metrics. Rolando also worked at Nestlé USA for several years, where they held various roles including Industrial Performance Manager / Focus Improvement Pillar Leader, Corporate Industrial Performance Engineer, and Industrial Performance Engineer. Rolando played a crucial role in identifying cost savings, implementing continuous excellence initiatives, and supporting productivity and target setting teams. Prior to their time at Nestlé USA, Rolando worked at Acuity Brands as a Product Engineer, where they participated in continuous improvement projects and received on-the-job training rotations.
Rolando Campa completed their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1997 to 2002, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering. Rolando also participated in an International Exchange Program at Michigan State University in 2000, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. In 2010, Rolando obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Nestlé's Continuous Excellence Program.
