Srini Parthasarathy

Srini Parthasarathy, PE, APMP, serves as an Engineering Manager for Multiprojects at Shell since November 2008, where oversight includes leading cross-functional project teams and managing major capital projects with budgets up to $7 billion. In previous roles, Srini led the Projects and Engineering Services Team for the Americas, managing portfolios of capital projects and technology research. Prior to Shell, Srini worked with Bechtel Corporation as an Engineering Group Supervisor, advancing from Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee engineering for significant oil, gas refinery, and LNG projects. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Chemistry, a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, both from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master’s in Management Sciences, specializing in Finance, from Symbiosis International University.
