Andrew Shen

Andrew Shen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and investment. Currently a Partner at Shen Capital and an Investor at VitalHub Corp. since January 2019, Andrew also serves as a Board Observer at ICEsoft Technologies and an Investor at medchart. Andrew held the position of Chairman at MediaValet Inc. until April 2024 and previously served as a Board Observer at Ackroo. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked at CIBC Capital Markets from July 2016 to May 2019, focusing on derivative collateral and funding management. Earlier experience at CIBC included roles in Balance Sheet & Liquidity Risk Management and Trading Credit Risk. Andrew holds an Honours degree in Management from the University of St Andrews and completed the International Baccalaureate at Upper Canada College.
