Adam Dyess, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Adam'smost recent role was as the Regional Director of Operations at Shiftkey, where they implemented innovative software solutions for facilities to achieve and maintain credential compliance, manage schedules, and eliminate the need for agencies. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, where they provided personalized financial planning services to clients. Adam also has experience as an Insurance Advisor at American National, where they utilized their leadership skills and sales insights to develop and implement aggressive sales and marketing strategies. Adam was previously the Chief Nursing Officer at Select Specialty Hospital, where they oversaw daily operations and managed departments. Adam also served as the Director of Emergency Department/Critical Care Services at Community Health Systems, where they coordinated patient care, evaluated department policies, and served as the Trauma Program Manager for a Level IV Trauma Center.
