Jim Costedio

Mr. Costedio has over 30 years of nuclear experience in Licensing, Engineering, and Training. Before joining SHINE, he was responsible for developing strategies and the direction and oversight of licensing activities at the Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant. During his tenure at Point Beach he provided oversight of the license renewal program implementation and the 17% Extended Power Uprate. His experience includes managing the licensing department at the James A. FitzPatrick nuclear plant. While at FitzPatrick, he served in a supervisory capacity in the engineering and training departments. He earned a B.S. in Applied Science & Technology from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research in New York.
