Jason Alexander

Jason Alexander has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Shiseido since February 2016, where previous roles included Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation & Employment. Prior to Shiseido, Jason worked at American Standard Brands as Assistant General Counsel and Risk Management Leader from August 2014 to February 2016. Jason began their career at McCarter & English, LLP, progressing from Paralegal and Law Clerk to Associate Attorney from 1999 to 2014. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Quinnipiac University.
