Dave Cox

Dave Cox serves as the Vice President of Sales at Shockwave Medical since July 2020, leading the North America sales team for the Intravascular Lithotripsy System aimed at treating calcified lesions. Previously, Dave was the Director of National and Strategic Accounts at Shockwave, where recognition included the 2020 Impact Award. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Dave held significant roles at VentureMed Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and at Medtronic Vascular as Vice President of Sales, also contributing as a consultant for an early-stage product company. Earlier positions included Zone Vice President at COVIDIEN LP and Senior Director of Corporate Accounts at ev3, with foundational roles dating back to the late 1990s at Microvena. Dave earned a BBA in Business from James Madison University.
